Wonderful, Vera, and so true! It's all a matter of trying, if even for a moment, to walk in the other person's shoes. It was some wise French author who said something like, "To understand everything is to forgive everything." (Sorry if I have that wrong, but that is the idea.) It's hard to stay angry over someone's prickliness or impatience once you understand the causes of that behavior.
