Face it.
It is a most wonderful ability to be able -- at any time, and no matter what emotional condition your mind is in -- to break out of the rut of your own personal existence, and face a responsibility that has caught up with you from the past.
In fact, why not do it now?
Take this moment and acknowledge that something needs to be done, and that you owe it to yourself and someone else to do it.
Relief will follow.
